We can design a seamless process to provide reasonable accommodations for guests with impaired mobility. We strive for a total of 5% of the total motorcoaches (buses) to be equipped with a wheelchair lift.
Any person with a disability requesting transportation that cannot be handled with our motorcoaches will be accommodated in the most expedient way. This may include the use of taxis and/or “nonemergency medical vehicles.” An ADA reservation phone line will be published on our shuttle schedule so that guests can contact us to coordinate appropriate accommodations made.
