SEAT Planners pioneered the scientific approach to planning and designing your citywide or multi-hotel shuttle program. This includes:

• determining the appropriate number and size of the vehicles for your program
• selecting the best route to avoid road closures, street repairs and heavy traffic patterns
• liaison with hotels included in the program
• liaison with local authorities as needed
• using our extensive experience and expertise, design the ideal frequency of shuttles

To design your shuttle program, we will need to know:

• dates and frequency desired (peak/off-peak)
• the number of people attending your event
• the hotels you will be using
• the itinerary of events
• other transportation options being offered, perhaps by sponsors

Each route is staffed with a curbside coordinator to warmly welcome and count each guest. This attention to detail allows us to anticipate any problems and communicate regularly with the client.
